Michael Crosno – President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael has been in leadership positions in the software and technology enabled services industry for over 30 years. He has successfully led Information Management, Workflow, Business Process Management, Content Management, Enterprise Security, and E-commerce companies. He focuses on creating loyal customers, best-in-class solutions, and growth driven organizations. Product innovation and services leadership is core to his success model. Michael started his tenure with Kofile in late 2017 and continues to expand Kofile’s market leadership in local governments.
Steve Russell – Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Steve is responsible for driving Kofile product strategy and delivery. Steve joined Kofile in 2015 to lead the Kofile cloud recording, process, and E-commerce initiatives. A customer focused product leader by nature, Steve has led product and development organizations in a number of large and small high growth companies. Steve is a frequent speaker on the application of Business Process, Information Management, and Cloud technologies. He also spends a substantial amount of his time working on new feature requirements, user engagement, technology implementation, and scalability models with local government customers.
Bert Auburn – SVP of Operations & Revenues
Bert has been in leadership positions with companies providing software and solutions to the local government market for over 20 years. His responsibilities in prior companies have included sales management, operations management, and divisional leadership. He focuses on building strong connections with customers by delivering best-in-class solutions and consistently exceeding expectations. Bert began with Kofile in 2013 and has led operations associated with corporate development, sales / client management, digital transformation services, and solutions delivery. He dedicates an extensive amount of his time building authentic partnerships with our local government clients.
Jonathan Mohn – COO / CFO
Jonathan has been in senior leadership roles in software, technology, and services companies for the past 15 years. He has successfully led finance and operations teams with a deep focus on driving growth and profitability in a capital efficient manner. He’s brought operating excellence to companies with revenues ranging from $1m to $125m+. Jonathan has extensive experiences in building strong company cultures that are centered around customer value propositions, go-to-market models, and product line accountability. A recent addition to the Kofile team, Jonathan drives the company’s strategic planning, financing, accounting, and mergers / acquisition activities.
Michael Cobb – SVP Sales
Michael has an extensive background in all aspects of state and local government software and services. He has worked and contributed to various companies specializing in transforming and modernizing local governments over the last 20 years. His primary responsibilities include customer relationships, client retention, solution expansion and new business development within his territories. In addition to his primary responsibilities, he is focused on ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied with their Kofile experience, user on-boarding, and maintenance support. Michael is passionate about working closely with county and municipal officials to meet their demands.
Tim Mortenson – SVP of Customer Success
During his career in the document management industry, Tim has managed all aspects of software businesses from marketing, development, sales through support, for products ranging from document capture to mission-critical enterprise business process management. Companies have included platform centric solutions for the SMB market and enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Kofile, Tim managed the support organization for a worldwide audience of business and government clients. Tim joined Kofile in 2011 and brought his passion for customer success to the local government market and a commitment to customer loyalty and retention.
Donna Allen – VP, Human Resources
Donna has been in senior leadership positions in the information technology and process automation industries for 25 years. She began her career in public accounting and has expanded her responsibilities to include ERP operations and human resources. Donna has deep experiences in maintaining strong financial reporting and analysis systems to ensure companies operate profitably. She has worked with Kofile since the beginning supporting the accounting, finance, and human resource functions. In 2018 her responsibilities were expanded to take on the leadership role of human resources. Donna is passionate about company cultures that have strong core values, are performance based and with employees that are best-in-class.
