As Chief Technology & Operations Officer at Kofile, he oversees all of Kofile’s service and solution delivery to our customers and is responsible for ensuring Kofile and our customers benefit from secure and scalable technology investments.
Experience & Growth
Prior to joining Kofile, Steven spent over a decade building and operating a Global Digital Solutions business across 50+ countries, where he led enterprise information governance and technology-enabled modernization initiatives across regulated industries. His work strengthened compliance posture, improved operational efficiency, and supported the transition from legacy environments to scalable digital platforms serving complex customer ecosystems globally. The platforms and processes his team created, implemented, and operated promoted the scaling of a $20M US-based business to over $400M globally.

Steven directs platform strategy, solution development, digital operations, and enterprise service delivery, ensuring technology investments align with client needs, security requirements, and long-term growth objectives. He leads Kofile’s integrated technology and operations organization, bringing together Digital Services and Preservation Services under a single leadership structure to create greater alignment, accountability, and consistency across the client experience.
