DMCA Takedown Policy

If you believe that any content submitted to or displayed as part of the America Preserves Campaign infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. 

To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information: 

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. 
  1. Identification of the material you believe is infringing, including its location on our website or platform. 
  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. 
  1. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 
  1. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. 
  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counternotification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Upon receiving a valid counternotice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the time allowed by law.
