He guides enterprise revenue strategy and commercial execution to drive sustainable, profitable growth and strengthen the company’s market position in private equity-backed and high-growth environments.

Experience & Growth

Before joining Kofile, Dick served as CEO of BIG Language Solutions, where he led a global portfolio of language service providers focused on secure, technology-enabled solutions in a large, fragmented market. He also previously held executive roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG), SVP of North America for a global information management company, and VP and Officer at Cintas, consistently leading highly productive commercial organizations, building sales infrastructure, and supporting enterprise growth initiatives.
